Added a known limits section to every tool page. The entries come from how each tool is actually built, so the format caps, first-sheet-only reading and image-only PDF output are stated rather than implied.

PDF to Word stopped returning empty documents. Text extraction now groups items by position, and pages with no extractable text are embedded as images instead of producing a blank file.

Excel to PDF and Word to PDF no longer show question marks in place of non-Latin characters. Both render through a canvas using a CJK font stack and embed that rendering into the PDF.

Removed PDF to Image and PDF to Excel. Both were newer than the rest and had not been tested against enough real files to be worth keeping.

Image to PDF was fixed to actually embed the uploaded images. The generated file had been coming out with empty pages.
